Return for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Cannot be worn or altered, or return is void.

Return of on saddles are permitted without our prior approval. Agreements will be placed at the time of ordering your saddle. If you do not like your saddle we will build you a new saddle. No returns or refunds on custom saddle orders.In all instances, SC Equine reserves the right, at its own discretion, to correct the problem, including initial fit, repair material defects or replace a saddle for any of the reasons stated. All repairs must be performed by SC Equine

Refunds:

There are absolutely zero returns on custom orders of any kind. Products started after deposit from there on in no refunds.
